Job Description:
As an HR Executive at Krisar Infotech, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing the company’s talent processes, employee engagement, and compliance. This position involves overseeing the recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, employee relations, and general HR support to ensure that our teams operate smoothly and our company culture thrives. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to fostering a positive work environment and contribute to initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance, support, and issue resolution.
- Assist in developing and coordinating performance review cycles, goal-setting, and regular feedback processes.
- Develop and communicate HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
- Collaborate with departments to identify skill gaps and facilitate training programs.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and initiatives to foster collaboration.
- Maintain and manage HR records, analyze HR metrics, and prepare reports for strategic decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and employee relations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle sensitive situations professionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with recruitment platforms and HR management systems.
- Proven ability to drive initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
